The  Quality Manager is responsible for conducting independent audit throughout all the billing projects in the organisation and present the true picture to the management. He is responsible to conduct pre-shipment sampling audit and postshipment audit.

Bachelor degree from any stream.

Graduate Bachelor in Science/Pharmacy; 6+ years of experience in managing large team of medical coders (50+) across multiple specialties.

2-3 years of experience specializing in Emergency Room (ER/ED) or Hospital coding (DRG).

8 + years of experience in Hospital/Physician AR Follow-up and experience managing large teams (100+).

6 + years of experience in Hospital/Physician AR Follow-up and experience managing mid-size to large teams (40+).

3 + years of experience in Hospital/Physician AR Follow-up or Medial Billing (Charge Entry/Payment Posting) and experience managing small to mid-size teams (20+).

5 + years of experience in Hospital/Physician AR Follow-up along with 3+ years in leading an AR Training team.

Prior experience preferred (though not mandatory)
