Professional Services/Time and Materials

We utilize our flexible Time and Materials engagement model in situations when our Clients would like to maintain management and control of the project. In this case, we work closely with the Client's Project Management to identify Project Requirements and deploy the required Professionals that will work under the direction of our Client's Project Manager. Under this Engagement Model, our Client is invoiced for the actual hours worked by the GeBBS Team assigned to the Project.

 

Fixed Price Model

After the completion of a “Project Requirements Study” GeBBS can provide a fixed price / fixed time solution to your project needs. At the completion of our Project Requirements Study, we present you with a detailed project plan including detailed tasks, task assignments, deliverable definitions, detailed delivery schedule, and detailed financial model. Under this model, GeBBS manages the end to end activities of the entire project. GeBBS follows industry standard project management processes and procedures to ensure the successful delivery of your project on time and within budget. This model provides the framework for a win-win scenario, in which the client is assured of quality deliverables within budget and on schedule. At the same time, we are assured of rewards for successful and on-time delivery of the assigned task.

 

Dedicated Development and Testing Centers

We partner with our clients to invest in extending their IT environments offshore, transitioning the business knowledge to our teams, setting up effective communication and security systems and integrating our development processes with theirs. This ensures that the offshore team is an efficient and seamless extension of the development facilities at the client site. We also invest in creating a pool of back-up resources that can be used to augment the team for steady ramp-up. There are two basic formats for the structuring of a Dedicated Development Center :

Client Managed
In this model GeBBS provides the onshore and offshore resources to the client. The client manages the projects and deliverables from the teams. All the processes, including the development process, quality management systems and standards and norms used in the center are as defined by the client.

GeBBS Managed
In this model GeBBS manages the resources, infrastructure, projects and deliverables from the Center. The Partner allocates tasks and manages reviews. All processes, including the development process, quality management systems and standards and norms used in such a facility are according to GeBBS' specifications. Inputs and modifications are implemented based on client needs.

A typical Dedicated Development Center includes application specialists, software engineers, business analysts, graphic designers, developers and testers operating out of our facilities in India and another team consisting of a project manager and one or two people operating out of the client's office. However, the actual composition of the staff is based on the clients needs.
