Tom joins GeBBS from Bellevue Hospital in New York City the nation's oldest public hospital which is a part of Health and Hospitals Corporation (HHC). Tom was at Bellevue for 22 years and as CIO managed all aspects of consulting for strategic business planning, systems selection, and implementation. Tom received a bachelor's degree from The University of Pittsburgh and is active in numerous Healthcare organizations.
