Mumbai, India (July 7, 2002) - GeBBS, an international software solutions provider received the ISO 9001: 2000 Certification from KPMG Quality Registrar for its offshore facility. GeBBS has an independent 10,000 Sq. Ft. building housing it's state-of-art Offshore Development Center in Mumbai, India.

The audit was done as per the new ISO standard requirements, which are more focused on the effectiveness of the quality system resulting in enhanced Customer Satisfaction.

The certification is only an endorsement of our strong process culture. Our continued focus on quality is in line with the QMS (Quality Management System) policy in our organization. GeBBS has always had a strong focus on quality since its inception in 1986. With this philosophy, GeBBS is now focusing on the CMM Model and is moving towards its next target of becoming a CMM Level 4 company by December 2003".

Though the Company has followed stringent quality policy from it's inception, the QMS was formally unveiled in April 2001 and is now applied to all projects executed by GeBBS. All process and project assets are uploaded on to the central repository that is accessible to the employees across the organization.

The Company was assessed by KPMG-Quality Registrar to assess the compliance of its QMS with the ISO standards. The efforts of having well-defined processes in place paid off and GeBBS was certified as an ISO compliant organization, without any non-compliance.
