GeBBS Healthcare Solutions announced that two Third Party Administrators have selected GeBBS's for providing Business Process Outsourcing solutions. GeBBS will utilize its ClaimsPro™ workflow engine to provide data capture and pre-adjudication services for their daily volume of healthcare claims. Third Party Administrators (also known as TPA's or Health Benefit Plan Administrators) fill a critical role in managing self-funded health plans for small and mid-sized companies. TPA's generally focus on gaining efficiencies to become more cost-effective and work seamlessly to provide the required administrative resources to their clients by managing enrollments and eligibility as well as claims administration and adjudication. The selection of GeBBS and the ClaimsPro BPO System was based on the capability of the solution to provide 99% guaranteed data quality while achieving guaranteed turnaround times of less than 36 hours. Both these accounts are expected to go live in December 2004.

ClaimsPro™, GeBBS' proprietary workflow application for claims processing, broadens reporting capabilities and enhances all Service Levels. It not only allows for offline processing of claims but also incorporates Double Key from Image (DFKI) and OCR technologies. In addition the transformation module allows for data to be returned to the client in a standard 837 4010, NSF (3.x/2.x) or any other proprietary format.
