GIMBA is GeBBS Intranet for Managing Business Application – it is a single platform where all business applications developed by GeBBS Tech team confluence. Thus through a single login, all employees, irrespective of their department and role can access the workflow applications that they need to in day to day business operations. It is also a platform for HR to track attendance, has a library of company policies, company updates, newsletters, events and happenings at GeBBS, employee management through surveys, single platform for launching grievances company-wide.

AAMiR is short for Accurate AR Management is Revenue. A highly sophisticated tool designed to streamline our AR operations. It allows the team leader to perform skill based routing, inventory management, generate intelligent and customized reports and quality control with a centralized repository for call recordings. AAMiR also has a client portal where the client can login and perform quality control, track LIVE production and generate customized reports per their needs. AAMiR can be integrated with any client billing application.

CodeCatch is our Coding services workflow tool. It allows the coding team to work offline to eliminate latency in the client system and/ or allows the team to work around client application maintenance windows and can generate output of GeBBS production in a CSV or HL7 format that can be imported into the client billing application.

It can generate intelligent customized reports as per client needs and has an extranet portal that allows the client to access production reports via internet from anywhere in the world and also respond back to GeBBS team queries within the extranet itself without having to exchange several emails with the India team.
